Sieve standard: Minimum 90% by weight retention on a sieve with round holes of 7.10mm (Screen 18). 100% shall stand on a sieve with round holes of 6.65mm (Screen 17). The 10% beans passing through the sieve of .710mm and standing on the sieve of 6.65mm shall be whole beans.

Arabica Plantation A
Sieve standard: Minimum 90% by weight retention on a sieve with round holes of 6,65mm (Screen 17). Not more

Specialty Grade Green Beans
From the delicate and nuanced Arabica beans to the bold and caffeine-rich Robusta, India specialty coffee presents a delightful spectrum of flavors and aromas each singular of their region of origin.
Monsoon Malabar
Monsoon or Monsooned coffee or coffee beans ’swollen’ with moisture from the air, is prepared at the curing works situated on the West Coast of Southern India. Stored in special warehouses, moist monsoon winds circulate around the coffee beans, making them swell in size and take on a mellowed but aggressive, musty flavour. This process yellows the bean and reduces the acidity, imparting a heavy, syrupy flatness reminiscent of aged coffees.
Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold
These wonderful and exotic coffees are prepared from washed Arabicas grown in the regions of Chikmagalur, Coorg, Biligiris, Baba Budangiris, and Shevaroys. The beans are very large, uniform bluish-green in colour, with a clean polished appearance.Renowned for its large size, this specialty coffee is a full-bodied cup, paired with pleasant acidity, and distinctive hints of chocolate and spices. This is a rare, premium coffee and truly represents the best quality coffee from India.
Robusta Kaapi Royale
This coffee is prepared from Robusta Parchment AB from the regions of Coorg, Wayanad, Chikmagalur and Travancore. The beans are bold, round with pointed ends, and grey to bluish-grey in colour. Standing out for its exceptional quality and unique flavor characteristics, this rich specialty Robusta coffee has a bold and intense flavor profile with a full-bodied texture. Known for its strong, earthy notes, hint of dark chocolate, and a pleasant bitterness, Robusta Kaapi Royale is often used in espresso blends due to its ability to provide a rich crema and strong coffee base.
Quality Specifications of Specialty Beans
Robusta Kaapi Royale (Robusta Parchment)
Region of growth: Shall be prepared from Plantation A coffee of Mysore, Coorg, Baba Budangiri, Niligiri and Shevaroy.
Sieve standard: Minimum 90% retention on a sieve with holes of 670mm (Screen 17). 100% retention on a sieve with holes of 6.00mm (Screen 15). The 10% beans passing through the sieve of 6.70mm and standing on the sieve of 6.00mm shall be whole beans.
Processing / Garbling standard: Medium to well polished, clean garbled
Free from: PB, Brokens (inclusive of Triage and Elephant beans) or any extraneous matter. Defectives including bleached and spongy beans, unwashed beans. Blacks, Browns, insects - damaged beans, fungal- damaged beans and pulper cuts.
Monsoon Malabar Robusta RR (Robusta Cherry)
Sieve standard: Minimum 90% by weight retention on a sieve with round holes of 7.10mm (Screen 18). Not more than 1.5% by weight shall pass (Screen 17).
